Have never been able to copy with my Experia Z2, regularly, regardless short press long press or any press. Very very sporadic use. But the Paste always pop up. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Could you specify a bit more from where you are trying to copy? If you are going to copy a text you should be able to do this by tapping once to mark the word/sentence > Now tap or double tap (depending on app/text etc) and you should get the option to Copy or cut the text.

I believe this is my third reply to Hampus's support. Copy and paste has only worked very seldom with two different Z2 devices. I've given up. If you don't have any new advice then please close this thread. As far as I'm concerned this is a manufacturer's bug that will never be resolved. After a device is purchased and everyone is paid in the manufacturer → retailer chain, tech support for minor, annoying bugs will _never_ be a priority. There is absolutely no incentive to change.

Can you please advise what application your are attempting to copy/paste from/to as this can impact the functionality.
