      <description>I have an exclamation mark (-!) on each call on my log list, I can't also check my balance I.e *144# isn't responding. What could be the cause of this? My device also looses network frequently</description>

&lt;P&gt;What firmware do you have? USSD codes should be fixed by now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
