Sonyz3 compact - problems since update this morning

Hi, My phone is roughly about 8 months old and dont normally have a problem with it but since I updated this morning - it keeps freezing up and the apps keep crashing or not responding! Just wondering if anybody else has had the same??

It'll be wise to reinstall the latest update with PCC

Thanks for replying - i have the pc companion set up on the pc - would it be a case of just plugging it in or would i need to do anything else first ie delete update (would be grateful for any tips lol)

On PCC > support zone > repair > follow the steps, it will delete everything on your phone.
