missing app

I installed an app the other day but can't find it anywhere on my phone. The google store says it's installed. I'd really like this app to get working as it's for a little action camera that is currently a paperweight until the app is running!

Help?

YiCam - Yi Action Camera is the app.

Can anyone help locate the missing app or tell me how to make the store realise it's not there?

Hi,

When you go via Google Play to the application, you should find the button "Open". Does the app open if you tap it? Otherwise, go to Settings > Apps > Tap this application > Uninstall and then install it again via Google Play.
