Hi all.i have Got A problem.when i surf on Chrome or facebook My Phone starts freezing 😀😀 i ve Got instagram facebook and WhatsApp.this problem start after pcc hard reset What can i do? Im Sorry for My english

I've seen that issue when you are using too many apps and Android has to free up some RAM

Please, tyr to boot your device into safe mode as explained here and check if this issue persists. If everything works ok in this mode, a third party application is creating this problem. I'm at disposal for any question. Keep us updated.

That's a good suggestion, but facebook might not be a preloaded app.

I know, but in this case I think that what here the user should verify first, is if the device also freezes without all those apps installed. Thanks for your comment.

settings > apps > all > chrome / facebook > clear cache/data and check again.
