Tablet Z keep restarting no matter what software version it has.

Hello. I had this tablet for about a year now.But it wasn't bought from the store so no warranty on it.The tablet was brand new when I got it but susiciously cheap. After a couple of months the tablet seemed to be restarting every now and then.After the OS update that was rolling at the time,the restarts were more often.After KitKat update came up and I downloaded it,the tablet entered a reboot loop right after the update finished and it was no way to pass that.I tried the PC companion and repaired the software,still on reboot loop.Downgraded to android JellyBean,reboots after a couple of minutes.

Only custom roms like CyanogenMod work on it without reboots but those have other bugs and I would like to have the stock ROM instead.

Any ideas?

If you have any Sim or SD cards inserted then remove and test - I'm unsure what firmware you have now but I'll assume as you mentioned custom roms that your bootloader in unlocked so that leave either Emma if compatible or a manual flash using a .ftf firmware file and Flashtool

Bootloader was unlocked,phone was factory unlocked,I tried the 4.1 version on android with flashtool (tablet would not even start) the 10.3.1.A.0.244 update with the flashtool got it working again but still restarts every couple of minutes.

out of interest are you installing the correct firmware for your version of the Tablet and not another firmware from the different model variations

well,my device is SGP321 so I made sure all the software I tried was for this one.earlier today i flashed one for SGP311 (by mistake) ,the tablet would not switch on after that so I put the stock 4.2 for SGP321 back on it using flashtool.

Not sure why if you are running true stock with no cards inserted why it would reboot where as custom you are fine - I am laterally at a complete loss

that seems odd to me too. i'm thinking maybe a hardware problem,or the way memory is managed by the stock OS

I'd check XDA for earlier firmware and flash that to see if it resolves this issue - Maybe that way if earlier firmware is fine then hardware isn't the issue but this latest firmware
