Xperia Z5 Compact cant log into account or use connection to PC after pocket reset..

Case:

My mobile resetted to factory settings after to many "password tries I quess" when I had it in my pocket.

Now I cant logg into my google account on this device.

I resetted password but still no luck.

I went to the store where I bought the phone from.

They told me to download Sony PC Companion to upgrade firmware...

So I did.

-But I cant connect to the phone with my PC.. cant browse it even.(using USB plugg, I can hear the sound when I plugg it).

I quess its because i am not logged in to Google...?

So I am stuck and out of ideas. plz help

Do you have MyXperia enabled?

GPS is not on.

And since I cant logg into the phone I cant activate it;(

Hi @Norwegian,

What happens when you try to log in with your Google account, do you get an error message of some kind?
