You cannot reset the counter. If it says 0 then it is 0 as far as I know. Perhaps some services are able to do that.

You would need to contact Xperia care and see if they can reprogram your eeprom but I wouldn't hold out much hope for that

Welcome to the community,

If this is referring to a network lock, and to many attempts have been performed, then you can get the device to a service agent they should be able to reset the counter to attempt the unlock again.

Can someone help me with master code PIN because the unlock option is still there

am in East africa,Tanzania.I have not yet find the service agent and there is not even one in sony website

If you have not got the code to unlock the device, then you would need to contact the network carrier the device is locked to, only they can supply the code to unlock the product.

Is this what you mean by master PIN?
