Issues with touchscreen while charging E4g

I have experienced some weird behaviour from the touchscreen when connected to sony original charger.
Scrolling may jump ahead, furthermore the back key get stuck for a second or so when typing. Also some normal click on screen will behave unresponsive or laggy.

I have seen this issue in other phones and it is usually due to a electrical grounding problem and could be resolved by reprogramming firmware.

I hardly think a firmware update would resolve a grounding issue but if you think it is a grounding issue then you need to have your device inspect so you can either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care to have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I don't know what the issue is, but the screen definitely becomes less responsive while charging. Typing often doesn't register a letter and swiping is most difficult as it's registered rather interrupted (as many taps and not a continuous swipe) leading to selecting things when swiping over them.

Yep, that is quite spot on how I experience the touch screen when charging.

I tried out a bunch of chargers (iphone, samsung, sony, noname) + different usb cables and
of course the original charger and cable that comes with the phone, but with no major difference. Even charging from a laptop with usb cable results in the same issue.

charging/touch screen problems is not uncommon in other phones but are usually related in using cheap or fake branded chargers which doesn't give a filtered current and also tend to impact in a more obvious and severe way on the touch screen.

In this case i have used genuine original phone chargers with a steady 220 V socket which should give a nice steady and clean current.

Yeah, I use the usb cable from my old xperia, since this short thing that comes with the E4g can barely be called so. Also tried the charger from that phone (which is the same model as the E4g one - EP800).
So, it's a phone issue. I think it's also voltage related as it becomes more pronounced as the phone reaches full charge (4 V and above).
