Display not working properly

Suddenly display not working properly. Its displaying blurry sometimes and some times it was ok. But not working good always.

Hi @ravi369,

When this happens, does the whole display get blurry or does it only happen when you use certain apps?

No its is always blurry(like some line dancing on the screen) and not the problem with apps. If I wont use for long time, it looks some what ok.

I suggest that you test your phone in safe mode and see if this behaviour remains.

If it does you can try a software repair using PC Companion.

In PC Companion you press start on "Support Zone" > Start on "Update the phone/tablet software" > "Repair phone/tablet" (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

The software repair will remove all data stored in the phone so don't forget to make a backup in PC Companion before you try the software repair. You can do a backup using the Backup & Restore option in PC Companion.

I tried repairing but It didn't work out. Went to sony care and given the handset. Job Number is [removed by moderator].Dont know when they deliver it.
