Ghost touch T2 ultra

Hi,
I am facing ghost touch issue with my mobile. I bought it in august 2014. I have upgraded to android 5.1 which is latest update for T2.
I am facing this from last 3- 4 weeks. I don't need to touch the screen... It does it all on itself. Like 20 fingures touching screen at a time... Randomly opens apps, types characters, dials numbers.... I am worried as it has made my cell almost useless. Again it works on its own after a while. But everyday i spend about 2 - 3 hours on this and day by day it is happening too often. It is annoying.
I have tried different touch settings and restarts but didnt help. Please help me to resolve this.

Welcome to the community,

You could also use the Diagnostics tool to see if the touches show up in the touch screen tests.

Menu > Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Device tests

I tried safe mode... Didn't work.
I can't even open menu to naviagte to diagnostics... The touch is not working atall. Pls help
