Storage issue

when i try to install an app, it would say to manage my applications but i'm pretty sure that i have enough storage on my phone. can someone help me out with this? i would greatly appreciate for someone to help me. thanks

Go to settings-apps-downloaded, how much free memory do you have?

i have 3gb memory, and i guese i should be able to install apps.

What does the error tell you exactly ?

settings > apps > all > play store > clear data > restart the phone > check again.

i've already done that but it seems its not working. i've tried downloading the APK of the game but it still not working

This is not a warez forum. download the apps through playstore and playstore only, does it work while on safe mode ? again if possible post a screenshot of the error

i actually downloaded the app from playstore but then again it's not working so i tried downloading the APK itself, that's what i meant. still not working though. where to setup safe mode.

Hi @StixSmith,

It sounds as if it might be the Device Memory that is getting full which is where apps are downloaded in the Xperia V.

If you go to Settings > Storage you can see how much space that is available on the Device Memory. You need more than 10% available, if I remember correctly.

I actually do have alot of space. i uninstalled some of my apps to make sure and to point out the problem. the app i was trying to install was pretty much working after i uninstalled it. now, i want to install it again but it's giving me an error to manage all my apps.

How much available space do you have on the Device Memory?
Do you think you could post a screenshot of the message you get in Google Play?

i dont have any screenshots but it prompt me to manage my apps after i try installing it.
