Unfortunately!! Camera has stopped!!!!

I just have my sony M5 dual for just 2 months. But i cutrently experiencing a lot of problems like auto-shutdown!! Does the sony have any idea on this? And my camera doesnt seem to work, i already deleted the cache at first it works on that solution but now it doesnt work anymore. Have any solution for this camera problem?

Hi @Los29

Welcome to the community.

The next thing I would suggest in troubleshooting is going to Settings > Apps > All, then find the Camera application, then clear the app’s data and Force Stop the application.

Otherwise do you get the issue in Safe Mode?
