      <description>I have issues while device is changing.when is not connected to the charger only cpu no.0 and 3 are working at 300 mgh,but when I connect the phone to charge all cpu are working on max 2.2 ghz and is impossible to launch any app because phone is restarting every app every 5 seconds.I have finded this on app called CPU Z.is anyone have this problem?       <description>But phone was never submerged under water,I I cleaned it only one time with very little tap water and I got water I'm torn left corner on the screen. Is not possible watter to rich the mother board, all water indicators are white&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
