Cpu issues

I have issues while device is changing.when is not connected to the charger only cpu no.0 and 3 are working at 300 mgh,but when I connect the phone to charge all cpu are working on max 2.2 ghz and is impossible to launch any app because phone is restarting every app every 5 seconds.I have finded this on app called CPU Z.is anyone have this problem? SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH

Well, looking at your other topic I would say there might be a problem with your device. However, while charging, the phone is allowed to use more resources.

Your phone has water damage, contact your local xperia care as suggested on your prior post

But phone was never submerged under water,I I cleaned it only one time with very little tap water and I got water I'm torn left corner on the screen. Is not possible watter to rich the mother board, all water indicators are white

Perhaps the water didn't reached the water damage indicators but did reached the motherboard, just get your phone inspected by your Local support
