Backup and restore fail.

Hi,
I'm from Myanmar; my m4aqua keeps restarting last night since I installed zepya ask.
So I move all my data to SD card, back up it in SD card, and try to restore contacts, call logs and conversations. It keeps asking passwords and when I enter, keeps saying wrong. What is the problem here? I'm getting so much troubles with this phone; I can pass most of them but this is the worst!! I lost my contacts!!!
Please help me solve this issue.

Did you set a password when you performed that back up?

No I didn't. I have suffered from protect bt xperia already. That's why I didn't set password, it says current passwords; I enter the pin code I'm using right now, but you know, can't restore anything.

I think there's something not right here, back up and restore app doesn't ask for passwords on restoring.

I dunno, that's what I'm trying to figure out with you, if you can give us more details about the steps you're doing, and may be some screenshots.
