Hi CarroChavira

Welcome to the Community.

I would suggest restarting the handset in Safe mode. To enable Safe mode on most Android devices just press and hold down the power key, while the phone is on. In the pop up window, long press Power off until Reboot to safe mode appears, Tap OK. That will let you uninstall an app that is specifically causing the issue.

Otherwise here's how to run the repair on PC Companion:

Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

Phone Software Update.

Start.

Repair Phone

Continue

Accept data removal

Next

Wait for prepare

Select Phone

Follow the connection steps

And Bridge for Mac:

Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.

On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".

Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.

Select Continue on the following page.

Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.

6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears

7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.
