Wifi, bluetooth and mobile network not working

Hello guys,

i've got two problems:

Firstly, my wifi and bluetooth suddently stopped working, I don't know if it happened after a update (I saw this was a big problem).

If i turn my wifi on, I can't see any networks. If i turn my bluetooth on, nothing happens.

My second problem:

My mobile network stopped working after i deleted the acces point name of Orange. Does somebody know how to fix this?

Do you encounter the same WiFi and bluetooth issues while on safe mode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

i can't download the internet settings because i haven't got wifi and mobile internet:p

You can enter them manually or wait until you have a data plan, other than that it's futile

I think it's working after changing the settings while being on safe mode. However, my internet is very slow but that is going on for a while. I have got 4G internet but it takes like 4 minutes to load a website. Do you know what could cause this problem?

I used the software update with Sony pc companion. I don´t know if it is the function you meant, but it didn´t work.
