multiple issues z1 compact

My Z1 compact ha had many issues since purchase, firstly the vibration has never worked, it just makes a buzzing sound like sommething dying inside it,

secondly i noticed a slight bend on the side where the charge point is, apparently a common problem? Thirdly while typing my screen suddenly cracks in MY HAND rendering half the screen useless? My phone is 7 months old and still under warranty. I'v always loved Sony products but all these issues are detering me. I have sent my phone in via my contract provider and am awaiting a response. if i dont get suitable assistance that would be the end of me and sony.
