Hello, I AM from Argentina, few days ago I received my sony xperia dual e4 from Italy. Free unlocked since I put sim card never achieve connect me to 3g networks. what is the problem? I expect a firmware for my country? or I can install any generic? what are the steps?

in the page that i bought figure this:

SIM 1: UMTS HSPA+ 900 (Band VIII), 2100 (Band I) MHz GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz SIM 2: GSM GPRS/EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz

so if i put the card sim in the slot 2, i have 3g and nothing only works in 2g

As you can see you will get 2G but never 3G.

It's a hardware limiation, you can download firmware from another variant of the phone, but it won't change a thing, you can't change the 3G frequencies. you have 2 options

1. use the phone as is without 3G

2. return it and get a new phone that is compatible with your network

side note, Sony isn't the only company that has variants on their phones, even the iphone has different versions for different regions/networks.
