Hi,

If the beams from the sun strikes directly into the lens, the pictures will probably become over exposed. The key to a beautiful image is always the right amount of light in the right locations. Do you have some examples pictures that you could post?

It is not only due to over exposed, but also the front cam bug after updating to lollipop. Some third party apps can improve the problem. I hope Sony can fix the front cam bugs ASAP becuase the function of Sony camera app is very good for c3. I don't think uploading a white pic is meaningful. Someone may think that over exposed is normal. I believe the discussion of front cam in this forum is enough, just send email to Sony and wait for bug fix.
