z1 touch problem

help me please...
My phone is Xperia Z1 C6903 ,when cpu is a little hot my touch screen be bollix and work disordered, for example when i touch an area the other area work! Also i have problem with typing at this times...
my aforetime android version was 4.4.4 ,i update my phone to android 5.0.2 lollipop but i have this problem again,
I see this problem in bulk of the Xpria Z1 phones.
I know that this is a software objection but i can't solve it!
please help me,whats problem?
What should i do?

I don't quite understand your issue, but try this

reinstall the latest update with PCC and report back, also are you using a protective case and/or film?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen.

Hi,
I update my phone to the last version of android 5.0.2 lollipop(version 14.5.A.0.270) by" software update" of my phone,not by pc.
But i have this problem again.
Also i test the touchscreen,this problem is not a hardware objection.

Most Xperia Z1 User's have this problem with z1 phones
Bollix and disordered touch screen.
Is not a hardware objection,please helllllp....
Sony should send an update for Xperia Z1 phones to resolve this bug

I have the same problem even after numerous factory resets.
The screen flickers and won't unlock, and the screen becomes dead in bottom left on the number which I need to login.
I am giving it up losing me business.

Me too have same problem. When the phone becomes hot then the touch response is worst, for instant while playing a game I loose control of my player cause of bad touch,while texting if I wanna touch say for instance "I" letter then "u" is clicked.Sony must resolve this problem

Don't create duplicate posts, if you experience this after repairing the phone with PCC, contact your Local support to get the phone inspected.
