Volume Control issue on Lollipop

Volume adjusting works weird on Lollipop for me. There are 16 volume level when i'm listening music with spotify app. If i adjust volume to half of max, voice is going barely hearable. Like every time i decrease the volume from max, the new volume level is going half of previous one's magnitude.

If i have 16 volume level and max level is %100, every level difference should be %6,25. Am i right?

So is there someone having same issue? Is there a fix for it?

By the way, if i have a mistake, sorry for bad English.

Video Call Voice Issue (Z2 Lollipop)

Voice is dropping during video calls. I can't hear 2 of 5 words. I tried with hangouts and facebook messenger, the result is same.
I tried switching clear audio and microphone thing but it didn't work.

Is there anyone struggling same issue? Is there a fix for it?
