I'm trying to unlock my phone but is hard locker, and I'm trying to contact the Sony Support, and after 1 week with no answer, what do I do? Tks

Can you elaborate wgat do you mean with "Hard Locked"? Is it locked becaise you entered SIM PIN Code or PUK code wrongly multiple times?

Because the X is at network, never has because of the pin or puk.

Where the X is at the network title, Do you have any numbers after it other than a 0 zero - if you do then the codes are provided by your network provider and not Sony

Then your device is network locked and hard locked - If this was bought like this then this was done by the provider - You could try a service centre and enquire to see if they can reprogram the eeprom - Try Xperia live chat - http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
