dialer issue

hello,

I have a problem with my z2 with dialler app which is not working correctly. When I try to dial either by manually entering phone number or choosing from contacts or choosing form history...it's not working for the first time. When I tap once again it works. Then I can call anyone without problem but after changing app or returning to main desktop situation happens again.

Have anyone meet such a behaviour ?

How about if you try this

1. restart your phone

if that doesn't work then

2. backup your contacts and then

settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart your phone

Do you experience the same issue while on safe mode?

Restart didn't help. this was first thing I was trying

Unfortunately clear data option is inactive. why?

Phone is working correctly in safe mode. I will try to uninstall some apps...

If it works fine while on safe mode, then the issue are third party apps
