I have recently got an M2 on my O2 contract. I live in an area with no signal but used the Tugo app successfully on my previous phone a Samsung. The app just does not work on this M2. The calls drop off constantly and now when I phone anyone I can hear them but they can't hear me. I tried leaving a message on my home home today it registered that I had rung but nothing of the message I left was there. The phone also totally locks on me when I try to uninstall and re-install.

I totally wish I had stayed with Samsung, this M2 is driving me insane and costing me money on using my land line.

Any suggestions please.

Pam
