Software Update

My friend has root his xperia c and installed the custom lollipop os and now he wants to replace it with original 4.2.2 so tried us pcc it started downloading the latest available software for xperia c but i had a doubt and stopped it
Does it will successfully replace the software anybody tried before can i follow the procedure???? Bcoz its a rooted phone

If you have unlocked bootloader,PCC won't install firmware on your device.

Im not sure about the bootloader,how to check whether it is unlocked or not?

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* - service info - configuration. Does it say yes or no?

When you try to use PCC do you get an error?

yes, BUT the DRM are gone forever same as the warranty.

I dont care about warranty, What is DRM? Tell me the procedure to relock the bootloader, after relocking i can install using pcc right?
