expera z3 dual sim mobile data connection issues and sim

I have the xeperia z3 dual sim on 3 in the uk. for some reason i can no longer get mobile data. i have checked with the newtwork and everything is fine, I've even check teh sim in another phone.

I have done everythingteh forums sugest and it stsill not working. when i go to internet seeting, it asks me to insert the sim but teh sim is already in and showing and is active.

Any advise or help on this would be great recived.

If the phone asks you to insert SIM while it's already there, I suggest that you try to get a replacement SIM from your carrier.

I've checked the sim in another phone and it works fine.

I've just gone to the internet setting on teh phone and it says that i need to insert a sim, but the phone can see it as it show up on the status bar.

Then you can try Phone Repair via PC Companion or Mac Sony Bridge.

Welcome to the community,

Even though the SIM works in another device, this does not mean that the SIM will work in your device. I do still suggest trying an alternative SIM in the Z3 device first.
