USB charging issue

My Xperia C is about 11 months old and was charging fine untill today where it is not charging by any of the wall chargers at my home. It is also not connecting to my pc with any of the USBs that I have.

Although, there is a red light when it is connected to the wall chargers while switched off but it does not show the normal battery sign on the screen which is normally shown while the phone is charged while being switched off.

I kept the phone the whole night on charging while switched off and it did charge but only till 63% and it still does not charge while switched on.

I cannot connect to the pc so i cannot perform the software repair nor does the safe mode help in charging while switched on.

Please help?

That is a strange issue. I advise contacting Sony Xperia Customer Care as the phone should be assessed by a repair agent, especially because you can't do a software repair. You can find the contact details for your region by clicking the link in my signature.
