First of all I have to say that I love my phone and I use it all the time, just cant live without it. That being said my mobile recently developed a new problem. It shuts down itself indicating that it has zero percent battery left even though it has 80 or 70 percent battery left,
I assumed it was the the batterys fault so I gave it to the service center for it to be replaced. I got it back after a month ( which was torture for me ). But now the problem is still there in a weirdly different way. The mobile randomly shuts down at a random percentage of the battery like 80 or 60 indicating its zero percent left but when it shuts down and i connect to the power it indicates there 80 or 60 percent left in there. And when i turn it back on then it will indicate the exact amount of battery there was when it shut down and after that it will work fine.

If you notice the time you will know what I mean.

I never heard of such a glitch before and I was told that if i gave my mobile to service again it will even more time to get it back and i will lose a lot of money. My mobile was running kitkat while it had the problem, I upgraded it to lollipop and i had to format it again and reinstall the OS again after I got it back from the service center.

Please help me, I use my mobile on a daily basis for all my activities and I need a solution for this as soon as possible.

Thank you

I did use the pc companion but my only options are to select the repair option which basically formats and reinstalls the OS which i have already done, or is there some diagonistic option that I am not aware about?

I send the same query to sony xperia support two weeks back and still no answer, I am starting to wonder if its an issue of the hardware inside my mobile. I already send my mobile for repair again, now all I can do is wait..
