Internet Connection Problem for Aino (U10i)

I have a problem concerning internet connection on my phone. i never quite needed this function till now ( i always connected via WiFi and it works) but now i need it very much. i can not access internet via GPS and the reason is that the phone can not save the parameters of internet conection.

Everytime i go to menu>settings>connectivity>internet settings> connect using> and i pick the account then press select and save. it says that it's saved but i still can not acces internet. and everytime i go back to "connect Using" non of the accounts are activated.

what is the problem or how can i fix it. i need internet on my phone very much

i've tried update service, but it says that i'm already running the latest update so no changes occur.

please help and hint me whwat to do

You can try a phone repair via PC suite or PC Companion, which will re-install the software. You can also try a master reset.

afaik the master reset wont delete the navigation and maps applications, will it?

As long as these applications were part of the factory settings, they should not be deleted, but anything that was part of the original software which gets deleted by a master reset, can be restored by re-installing the software using the SE update service.So I suggest you use the SE update service to re-install the software or perform a phone repair via PC suite, which also ends with a software re-installation.

thanks for having this forum . just bought phone and love it but cant get internet . not too computer savy either ...help !
