Good morning/evening/night i have this phone since 06 january and when my carrier gave the 4.4.4 update came with a bug...after investigating it this bug comes from apr 2014 since Xperia Z release in 4.4, the problem here is the audio everything comes from the internal speaker instead of the big speaker that is down, i used to restart the phone to eliminate this bug but then it appears and appears again, reinstalled the software with Sony's pc companion and the bug it's still there, ¿does anyone knows how to eliminate it?

phone is updated 4.4.4

firmware: 18.3.1.c.0.21

May be, yes ,but it's not sir, i plugged the headphones and unplugged them while playing music and the speaker started working, it's a bug from the system i guess, never happened with 4.3 neither with 4.4.2 it came with the 4.4.4 update, right now it's working but it will appear again, this needs to get patched back if i take it to my carrier to verfy that they're going to give me another M2 with the same problem, won't solve it completely.

Boot on safe mode and use your phone like that when it starts acting up. If you don't experience the same thing in safemode the issue can be due to a third party app.
http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008
