Question about warranty

Hi guys , I have two guys question about warranty to be sure :

I have modified firmware to get Android Lollipop earlier (General Noridic) does this cancel warranty?

I also have overheat (since the first time I have owned the phone) how they will take care of it?

And for the waterproof side of this phone , it's not really waterproof , camera on bothside got inside water will I have to pay for that?

So you have rooted or only flashed other firmware?

I also got someone from Sony France chat support saying , lady said warranty is dead , I contact called them with phone , the guys said he is not sure since I did'nt root ... so yea I don't know what going's on atm...

This will be certain after you stop by a sony service and let them take a look at the device.

Yea but there no Sony Shop in France , All i have to send my phone to repair for external issue... I follow the tutorial on xperiablog where it clearly said it did not do anything for warranty

Xperia blog isn't official,it is just a blog. There aren't sony representatives (as far as I know). In some cases and for some countries, flashing might void warranty.

Why not just flash back the stock firmware it shipped with - Who will be any wiser or know what you did

I have send it already , i just hope this does not cancel warranty , if it happen I guess I'll do like everybody buy a cheap chinese model since now they're good , I'll lose maybe the fashion and cool thing to say I own Sony mobile but I guess that the part of the deal , I have to wait until tuesday that the shop will send it , and maybe friday to get answer from support

So far , I got many different answer

Yesterday : sony online chat : said my warranty was dead , I contacted with phone said my phone was not root'ed he said he is not sure but think I'm fine

and today chat : said " Déverouiller le bootloader ou rooter votre téléphone annule la garantie du téléphone."

which mean Unlocking bootloader or rooting phone cancel warranty
