The flap won't close properly

Hello, the flap of my Xperia z3 compact doesnt close properly, when I pushed it inward, it automatically repels a little make me worry it will loose its waterproofness.

It happen so when the 'white sheet' beside the nano sim protruding a little bit thus the flap won't close properly.

What is the function of that white sheet actually?

That sheet has information on it like Model numbers and IMEI info

With regards to the flap if the sheet isn't inserted correctly then the flap will not close - Have you checked that it is inserted back correctly?

Hi everyone. I have the same problem but it only started after the phone was returned from repair (motherboard problem). Nothing is protruding out. In fact, the info sheet seems to be trimmed/cut as the hole at the edge is no longer there (I have to use tweezers to pull the info sheet out). The flap keeps popping out! Question is, can they fix this on the spot or do I have to send it for repair AGAIN??
