Top speaker buzz

Hello,
I got a brand new Xperia z3 and I was really really happy about my purchase, at least for the first 5 minutes, when I realised that the top speaker makes this buzzing sound during calls or listening to music. It is really annoying, tried everything with the settings but nothing changes. As far as I understand I am not the only one who has this problem. A lot of people complain that issue isn't resolved even with replacing the speaker. This is a serious issue for a device that costs 600 euro. This is Sonny's flagman, how can such expensive phone be so low quality? If it is software problem at least tell the people if it will be resolved. I am really disappointed.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

This isnt a software problem. This happend to me when the grills on the speaker has been unsticked underwater and it was inside the speaker not glued on top. It buzzes when its on maximum volume.
