Hi, does anybody else also experience problems with not being able to play videos on Facebook when not connected to wifi? I can play videos on youtube whether I'm connected or disconnected from wifi but not on Facebook. Can only play videos on Facebook when I'm connected to wifi. Please help if anyone has had this problem before and managed to correct the error.

If you want to make youtube videos offline

it's only available in some markets, you will have to open a video > add to > offline play

I'm able to play youtube videos when I'm not connected to wifi - my problem is with Facebook, I can't play videos on Facebook if I'm not connected to wifi but when I'm connected to wifi then I'm able to play videos on Facebook. I've changed my settings as well and none of it works to enable playing videos on Facebook when I'm not connected to wifi.

My partner has the z3 also and I've changed my settings to be the same as his as he's able to play videos on Facebook without being connected to wifi. My phone is still not able to play videos on Facebook even when my settings on the phone and Facebook is the same as his settings.

You could remove the proxy and port in your APN settings and check how it is.
