My Xperia Z3 has been absolutely perfect, however it recently has started having issues with video playback stuttering every few minutes. It's like just a small delay that's happening every time I watch a video. It happens regardless of the app, whether YouTube, video unlimited, Google play movies etc. It is not buffering and I've tried different networks and I'm confident that it is not a connection issue. I did a full factory reset and have around 25 go of internal storage free and still experiencing it. This was never happening until about a week ago! Very frustrating having such a huge annoyance on an otherwise perfect phone! Does anyone have any thoughts?

Definitely still happening in safe mode and seems to only be happening with streaming videos and I know that points to a network problem but I really don't think it is :-S

Download speedtest and check your network speed (average not peeks)
