Can't access system recovery on german Xperia Z3

The reason why I'm posting my problem with a german phone here, not in the german forums, is because I'm Bulgarian and I don't speak/I am learning German.
Anyway, my problem is that I forgot my unlock pattern. My Xperia Z3 is running Android Lolipop/5.0. I've been looking at every nook and cranny in the internet, but every method stated on these pages/sites didn't work for me (hardware buttons)
Others state that I need the Android Debugging Kit, open CMD and write a command while my Xperia is connected to my PC. Except... I didn't enable USB debugging...
I've been using my old phone until I fix this one. Help is appreciated. (I apologize if I didn't sound any good, English isn't really that fluid : / )

There is no recovery mode like other OEM's so if you have forgotten your code then you need to perform a system repair

performing a system repair using PC Companion - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
