&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Can you try removing the SIM card and SD card if you have one and see if the device turns on without them inserted, if it does work, then it is likely that either of the two are not working as they should and may need to be replaced.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Try alternating between the two, this will help see which one may be causing the issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
