Facebook messenger audio problem

I can't send voice messages through fb messenger app.each time i tap the mic icon to record voice clips it shows recording but when remove my finger to send it the app just freezes.the audio clip can't be sent.After that i can't record voice with the default recorder app.But before i use fb messenger default voice recorder can record voice.The problem starts as i start to use fb messenger.I want my messenger mic function working. Plz plz plz give me a solution. I use xperia SP.using latest jellybean os and updated fb app and messenger. Thank you...

Hi IamTARIK

Try clearing the data for Messenger to see if that helps. To clear the data just go into Settings > Apps > scroll across to All > scroll down to Messenger > tap Clear data (after tapping Messenger).

I tried it before but ended into nothing. Recently i have rolled back to 4.1 os and surprisingly the problem is solved.So,the fault was in Xperia sp 4.3 update.But SONY authority have no headache for sp customers. 😞
