Loosing celliular reception

Hi.

I wonder if anyone else got this problem; Sittning inside using the phone, surfong on the net. I've got about 3/4 bars in reception. Suddenly everything stops and I've got zero bars and a red X instead. About 10-15 seconds later the bars are back and the phone works fine for a while.. I've had it in for a repair and upgrade at Three but they returned the phone saying that nothing was wrong with is. Also said that they could'nt upgrade the phone (i have 14.4.A.0.157 installed).

Anyone know what to do?

1. reinstall lollipop

2. settings > about phone > status > signal strength post the result

3. get a brand new MICRO SIM card, do NOT get a regular SIM card and then trim it
