Hi, I have a problem with a Sony Xperia M2 Aqua. I cannot get/show images when I receive and open email. Can anyone help me? The phone is brand new.

Not gmail . the one which which comes standard on the phone.

1 Open the Email app
2 Menu
3 Settings
4 Reset show picture
5 Restart your phone

They are items of products on Groupon, vouchers things like that. Even the logo doesn't show, only text.
I tried that solution but makes no difference.

OK thanks. So it is a common problem. There's going to be an update for the fine in the future to solve it

you could use the Gmail app with other non google accounts.
