Hey guys, I have a problem regarding the album issue again. I cleared my cache and misc files data. Afte I cleared them I saw a few pictures having that error landscape image again. Could the culprit be clearing the misc files? Just wanna know. I'll check if the pictures are still there via Documents.

Hey guys, i've noticed this error long ago, but didn't really pay attention to it. Whenever I have some new photos, or I take out my SD card and insert it again (yes I unmount it first) a few photos get the landscape icon giving me an error sign. And I have to delete them. Like 95% of my photos are on my SD card. It's always the most recent ones.. What might be causing the problem? Thank you

Hi NirmalSitaldin98,

This is a very odd issue, however I would first suggest backing up the SD card and performing a format on the SD card, once done put the content back on it and test it as per normal.

Let us know how you get on.

Hello thank you for the reply. I shall do that and I'll keep u updated. I should just move the SD card content on my PC? I've never done it before. And I was also told to do that on KitKat when I would get an error message everytime I wanted to move pics or videos to my SD card, but my card didn't have a proble, because I can do that normally on Lollipop now. Thanks again

Not a problem. Yes, i suggest copying any content on the SD card you wish to keep on to a folder on the PC, this way you will not clutter your PC.
