Low Loudspeaker Volume

Phone : Xperia M2 - 18.3.1.C.1.15

After a Factory Reset , at the first Boot after, the Loudspeaker much more Louder .

After that the Loudspeaker Volume is lower, too low, even with Xloud in effect.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Factory Reset and Repair with PPC is not helping.

I think that is a Software problem, there some sort of Limiter in effect.

Well, there's nothing that should change after a factory reset. If you believe that there's something wrong, you should send in the phone to a service center as I mentioned in my previous post.
