Turned off the phone and turned on, after 20 secs went red again

That's the proximity and light sensor, that's normal.

I know what it is, however it should only activate and turn a red light while a call, not be on all the time, right?

No, i have it turned off i checked it at start but yeah it is and was off

boot on safe mode and check, it could be a third party app acting up

Well, no the red light doesn't show at all from the proximity sensor ive turned it to normal and its acting weird its going off and on (the light) ive shutted it down and plugged into charging i hope something will get randomly fixed

But i dont know what could happen the last thing that i downloaded is a PDF file from my email and a game but it was yesterday and it didnt act like that yesterday

Do you experience the same while on safe mode?

you can uninstall the app/games and check the app/game permissions

No i dont experience the same in safe mode, nor the. Apps permissions are suspicious because i have 6 games ;

5 from Gameloft

1 adventure capitalist, but i downloaded it 2 months ago.

Ive checked the app permission i downloaded yesterday and all it needs is

Record audio

Manage internal storage contents read the contents of your usb storage

Finds accounts on the device

Full network access

Run st start

Control vibration

Prevents the phone from sleep

Change your audio settings

Nothing interesting 😕

Hard to say, perhaps it was a recent update to another app and/or game
