REPAIR QUALITY

Hi,

Can anyone help with repair service ? I sent my Sony Xperia Z3 to service via EE store to service and after 3 weeks came back without repair. Today I sent phone second time via sony support website. Now I realised that it's the same repair center with outstanding quality service. I have got isssue with screen ( it's not cracked etc ). Screen has got bright spot in the left bottom corner visible mostly on white background. I can't accept it in high end prodcut. First repair didn't bring any results - technican updated software ! Radiclous ! Is there any way that someone in SBE could have a look into it seriously ? Does Sony have any control with quality of repairs in their repair centers ?

I'm sorry to hear that but perhaps you can contact Sony directly instead or perhaps you have to talk to a supervisor at EE regarding the what seems to be dead pixels.

This is what I did but as I can see EE already sent my phone to the same repair center as provide by Sony. This is disapointing, already 3 weeks without phone and anotherat least two...

I have exactly the same issue with my Toshiba TV.
But it's around 2" in length. It looks like a water mark. Which is impossible. Very strange. I don't think it's pixel related as the area in your picture looks like it covers multiple pixels

Hi

I don't know why did I buy Z3, after having it for two months, I found bright orange/yellow spot on the screen

I asked service center and store as well, they asked to submit it.

after 10 days the problem got resolved.

My frustration is why the heck such an expensive product is having vulnerable problem like this?!

I am fully un satisfied with the quality of the product after service, now I am unsure that the product is waterproof!

since the open heart surgery done by some road side doctor (service center).

I feel like the glass is 2nd class quality, as it attracts more dust after coming from service center!!!

I just wanna get ridoff this device...but the money I have spent on it stops me...

my advice android device should not be more than 10k, if good hardware max 20k.

blackberry !

APPLE eat it since same amount one is spending for android kinda device.

hope This may help
