Z3 dual sim Microphone problem

I bought my Z3 dual sim 3 days ago and already getting upset about it.

Microphone is not working on a normal mode, people can not hear me or hear my voice very low.

It is working perfectly while using speakers mode.

I already tried to re install all system and once done microphone is working (even if not perfectly but people can hear at least what i am saying...) and after a while, it is like the microphone is getting an obturation...

I tried as well to unselect the noise control mode but no issues...

it seems to be a software issue.

Somebody can help me?

Android 5 could be able to solve this?

Check to see if you have Microphone noise suppression enabled - Settings then Call settings then untick the box mentioned

Thanks for your reply. My Z3 has been replaced and the new one works perfectly.

I have same problem with my new Z3+ dual. Tried everything but no success
