Google play error.

Google play works fine but when I try accessing google play thru settings>app it simply crash. I already tried safe mode still crash and installing google play again still crash. How to fix this?

Did you sideload the app ? or what do you mean by "Installing google play"? you can't uninstall it, the only way to do so is if you root your phone.

What do you mean sideload the app? I just reinstall google play store download the latest version somewhere in the net still crash. Yes My phone is rooted.

Do you have a chinese Xperia Z2 and that's the reason you don't have the app? sideload the app means that you download the APK somewhere and then install it

I have the app install when I bought my phone. I just thought if I reinstall the app the problem will be gone but did not solve anything. I can access google play store the only thing if I access it through Settings>App it crash.

You could download a different apk and try again.

Still the same tried another google play app. I have custom rom I don't want to reinstall the OS again

If you have a custom ROM you should check on the XDA Forum or whatever you got the Custom ROM from, they might be able to help you a bit further.
