topic email not readable in XPERIA archive

email not readable

My email accounts - Google and sky stopped loading properly. When you open the email it's full of code, numbers and boxes and can't be read. I've tried reloading them to no avail. Any suggestions

Try Clearing the data.

From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the Gmail app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone
