    <description>my wt19i stereo speaker (right channel) is not functioning.,,.when connected to headphones, sounds are okay (both sides functioning) .. how do i know whether it's hardware or software problem? FYI, after tht problem, i updated to ICS using PCC...but the problem still same..</description>
