      <description>&lt;P&gt;That could be related to a bad SIM card or SD card, this can also be related to third party apps. You could try removing the SIM and SD card and trying the handset for a period of time to see if the issue continues.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can also follow the instructions supplied above by Uliwooly, reloading the software in most cases would resolve such an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes....i have cut my sim card by myself!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should be the Problem!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My micro SD is a Sandisk 64gb and i dont think that this make Problems....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This may be the issue then, when you cut a SIM card there is a chance the result will not be positive. I suggest that you get a new SIM card to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
